I've been flashed....

by a police car!!!   I don't think it was because they were being nice and friendly either!
Neale will be receiving a lovely little letter in the mail in the next week or two detailing the offence and you can bet, that he'll be at the police station so fast swearing out a stat dec. declaring that he was not the driver of the vehicle at the time of the offence.   I've been  caught speeding - I don't know exactly how fast I was going, but know at the very least it's a $250 fine and loss of 3 demerit points.  Neale's telling me not to stress too much and hopes that it has cured me of being a lead foot - it has!

My New Book

I was out shopping with Neale (my husband) last Sunday when I found this book at my local Angus & Robertson bookshop (franchise shop - one that wasn't caught up in the closures!) in Morwell.  It was only $23-00 and talks about 50 designers, their influences and  designers who in turn, have been influenced by them.  There are quite a few designers that are featured that I am unfamiliar with, but it's a great reference for further research etc. Would have been great to have when I was studying!
There are not many fashion books to be had locally, but occasionally I strike it lucky.
